If you would like to make your transfers with a help of Western Union or MoneyGram, please make sure that you’ve sent us e-mail with the name of the chosen
product and the password for us.
All the products are shipped 2 times a week and shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. Usually the delivery takes 10-14 days from the moment of shipping but there can be various delays at the Customs of the country you live in (especially if it’s Italy or France).

correctly during the warranty terms, please, be sure to contact us (by sending e-mail with the info about the watch)
and we will provide you with the information about what to do next.
Unfortunately, most of the countries don’t have any authorized services for warranty repair of the Russian
watches, that is why sometimes we ask our customers to send the flaw watch back to us and provide all the warranty services in
Moscow.

It is the customer who should pay for the shipping fees while sending the watch to Moscow for repair.
When the watch is repaired we send it back to your address. All the fees for shipping of the repaired watch from
Moscow to your country are paid by Smirs.com.

The whole procedure can take about 2 months! Tthis period of time includes about 2 weeks for a delivery from your
country to Moscow, time for repair itself and 2 weeks for a delivery of the repaired watch from Moscow to your
country.
